By downloading, installing, or using Screeen ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.
Subject to payment of applicable fees, Screeen grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software on the number of devices permitted by your plan (Standard: 1 device, Pro: 3 devices, Lifetime: 5 devices). You may not sublicense, resell, or redistribute the Software.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Lifetime licenses are a one-time purchase. All sales are final. We do not offer refunds except where required by applicable law. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
You may not use Screeen to record content without the consent of all parties where required by law. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Software. You may not use the Software for any unlawful purpose.
Your use of Screeen is also governed by our Privacy Policy. All recordings and processing happen locally on your device. We do not upload or access your recordings.
We may release updates to the Software. Updates may be required to continue using the Software or certain features. Lifetime license holders receive all future updates at no additional cost.
The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Screeen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Software.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time from the Account settings page.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
