Click "More info"
When the SmartScreen dialog appears, click the "More info" link in the lower left of the dialog.

Click "Run anyway"
A "Run anyway" button will appear at the bottom. Click it to proceed with the installation.

Install and launch
Follow the installer prompts. Screeen will launch automatically when done.
Screeen is a new app and hasn't yet accumulated enough downloads for Windows to auto-trust it. Your security software may flag it — this is expected and will resolve as more users install it.
